Chisel item has an id of -1

Hello,

I have my own modpack and have put the Chisel Mod in it. When I try to craft the chisel from the mod, it shows it has an item id of -1. I have a thought that the id that the chisel should  have is being used by something else, however, I have no idea how to set the item ID of the chisel.

When I  craft the chisel, it crashes my game. Here is my crash log: http://pastebin.com/x9frJjUZ.

Yes I am, I think I have found the solution... I forgot to add the chisel mod to it! Thanks for replying though.
