If you open up the technic launcher you'll see the yogbox symbol. Click that and login and it'll start downloading.

My best bet for this is to %appdata% .technic then delete the yogbox folder (you might want to move your saves somewhere else) go to the technic launcher reinstall the yogbox move your saves back the yogbox.

The technic launcher does not support the yogbox any longer.
