The Tekkit Lite board (along with the Voltz board) is not currently moderated before posting. That's not to say that posting crap can't get you in trouble, but the idea was to avoid the nuclear holocaust involved with new mod pack server spam. We'll nuke those sections later. If sct told you something directly, please PM me with a link or quote and I'll follow up on what we should be doing.

It actually isn't. Any Tekkit Classic, Tekkit Lite, etc., server posts can't have added mods, to maintain ease of use. This section offers an option to add mods that aren't in a particular mod pack.

Don't plan on continuing in here. It isn't the place for it. Come to think of it, there isn't really a place for it, since the argument has been done to death long before either of you two start bickering over it. He isn't. All profiles of those that have been banned are removed from view until the ban goes away. Temp bans range from 3 days to I believe 2 weeks, but it might extend to a month in extreme cases. Ysharma's would have been a perma-ban if Cheap hadn't put a time limit on it, so I'm guessing it's 2 weeks.

Did either of you even read his post? He said it won't start, not that it doesn't help. OP: OptiFine is a .jar mod - it has to be dropped in the .jar, and you have to have the right version, often the Standard one and not something like Multi-Core or Smooth. Make sure those two things are done, then come back if it still doesn't work.

Oh, you're more than welcome to have him join, but given that he's arguing about being "head admin" (whatever that means) on another server, you may want to hold off for a little bit. I have no interest in playing on more than one server at a time, and I already have one.
