  4. Have you maybe switched from wired to wireless connection? That might be a problem -> results in different IPv4 address. (and you shouldn't use 127.0.0.1 as your server address, rather your IPv4 one -> "Start" + type "CMD" + press "Enter" + type "ipconfig" + press "Enter" and check your PC address) And your friends can use the external one to connect (you can check it here http://www.ipchicken.com .. that is, if it's static).. and if you have dynamic IP address, you might wanna sign up at http://www.noip.com and use their free DDNS service.

  6. Who's in charge of the Technic pack? I cannot understand that it takes this long for it to get updated.. Heck, if I didn't have anything to do I'd learn Java within a month and update this myself.. IMO This whole thing feels so irresponsible and unprofessional .. idk

  8. I have never encountered a "blaze like" mob (I guess it looks like a blaze, blue color) which would drop the "Blizz rod".. Craft "Cryotheum Dust" and then put it into the magma crucible & melt it into Gelid Cryotheum ("Blizz powder" is made by putting snow balls into the fluid transposer and "filling" them up with liquid redstone) ^_~ Hope this helps!

  10. You could use ME precision import & export buses to avoid this problem. Or you could create a loop (don't use any carrots, just circle them around) till you reach high enough number to fill up the planter and the pipes buffer. Once you've done that, split the harvesters output with "RoundRobin Transport pipe" from BC and have one of the outputs feed the loop and the other is your endless supply of carrots. Hope this helped.
  11. That's nice and all.. It's just that Tekkit actually needs some OP (overpowered) stuff removed to make the game more challenging instead of adding more OP stuff to it. (just my opinion)
  12. No, there's no way to add more once you've created the rocket. For start, just make a backpack and put your stuff in there. And then later, you can make another one with storage. ^^ Hope this helped.
  13. One way is to use "PortaSpawner" to capture the mob spawner of your choice and place it down where you'd like (note: it's one time use only). And second, easier way to do this is to craft a "auto-spawner", capture the mob of your choice with a "Safari net (reusable)" -> place it inside the Auto-spawner, supply it with power and mob essence -> taaa-daa. EDIT: It also might be possible to move with "cQraft" mod, via quantum computer & those pillars. (YT vid example -> )
  14. You need to use Antimatter Cells (throw em inside and wait for them to explode) if you want it to produce any power.

  16. You can always create a spawning room for the mobs and redirect them all into one tunnel using water -> kill them all with the grinder at the end of it.

  18. I think that it's impossible to have it lit up. From what I heard Galacticraft mod did some serious stuff to get it be this way xd. They want you to be in the darknesssss! *BooM*
  19. Guys, I was wondering if it would be possible to add "QuarryPlus" mod into the new version of Tekkit. I personally think that it's not "OP" (crafting cost of the new additional items is reasonable), it would make tekkit even more fun. And it'll make all those who are annoyed by oil stopping their quarries really happy ^_~ .. I know that some of you will think that it'll "take the fun out of gathering materials"/ getting rid of the oil in quarries (which atm makes it a bit harder to get tons of items in short amount of time) but lets not forget that there's a lot of "OP" stuff in Tekkit at the moment and those who do not like it simply won't use it. Nothing will change, a lot of people play tekkit without using available "OP" machines in the game. What are your thoughts about it?
  20. Hello guys, does anyone know why 1x large electric turbine above my fission reactor (well.. above 1 layer of water) wobbles instead of spinning? I've been using other power sources for my base and now that I decided to make a fission reactor just for fun I got surprised. It does produce energy and all.. just looks weird. It used to spin before if I recall correctly.
  21. Make sure you have Java 7 installed (64 bit) & try to completely erase tekkit (don't forget to copy your save games) and install it again from the scratch.
  22. F9 (Press it few times till it's gone). Those walls/lines display chunks and some other things.
  23. After you press "E", press "O" (not zero) and it'll be toggled back on.
  24. I had the same problem, solved it by wrenching the energy cell so hard it got dizzy. Energy transfer between cells and solar panels is kind of buggy in 1.2.9e. Hope you get it working :/
