No, as long as the configs are the exact same. Even someone who wasn't running Technic but had the same mods installed and the configs the same, should in theory be able to use it.

Use CF on the cabling. RP panels will work, but won't be in the same block as the cable.

I believe they're leaving out the new lighting code until 1.5, unless something changed in the last few weeks. It was in for a week, but was removed the next week due to lag issues.

Yeah that tends to happen when they just get lazy and port apps rather than writing them to work properly. I just hate it when they build apps to use a lot of memory that I just don't have, memory you'd only find in the iPhone 4S or 5.

The app store is highly regulated, but yet there are still some apps that slip through that never should be in the app store according to their rules. So its regulated, but only to a point. I personally have had more crashes in the last year or two, but thats mainly because the apps are designed to run on the newer, faster devices and not my now two year old iPod. And jailbreaking doesn't help that fact either, but the benefits make it worth it.

Eloraam just doesn't like people using her code in any way, except for a few exceptions. She makes her mod work with others so they don't touch her code. The relay is the perfect example of that. All it is is an inventory, like a chest, that, for example, BC pipes can dump into, and then can send those items down a RP2 tube network attached to it. I highly doubt she will be anywhere close to Sengir, and I certainly hope she doesn't since RP2 is awesome. The only way to generate Blutricity without RP2 is using the generator thing from TC2, which runs off of vis. Otherwise, afaik, no.

At least with frame airships the movement is much slower. But yes, if you derp something up, it could cause you to not be able to control it properly. At least it won't be sailing off into the sunset at a high rate of speed though.
