First, drop your RAM usage back to a max. of 4 GB. Using 7 GB out of 8 GB causes so many weird issues that we want to slap anyone that says that "more ram fixes everything". Open it as cannot load modpacks or launcher does not start at all? I guess its not a problem if your world(s) disappear(s)? If not, remove .technic, not .minecraft.

Are you sure you added CoroUtil to the modpack? Its required for Weather2.
