  1. That's a mismatch between your Forge and Minecraft version. Based on what I can see so far is that you selected MC version 1.12.1, while the forge you are using is for 1.12.2. Yes, this matters.
  2. So, what's the issue?
  3. The problem is java 14, remove it and install java 8.
  4. Use Pastebin or paste.ubuntu.com for your logs/bug reports.
  5. Dropbox link not found when typing that URL into my browser.
  6. I tried the modpack, it started with Forge and a couple mods loaded. Can't say how many loaded, as Ice&Fire overwrites that lil block of information.
  7. Dropbox file gone, pretty hard to look for issues that way.
  8. Just provide a screenshot of your logged in launcher...
  9. Did you even read the second part of my comment?
  10. Incorrectly zipped modpack and coremods folder hasn't been in use since 1.5.2. Directly zip the bin/config/mods folder -> Select and add to archive.
  11. Forge 1.15 is not compatible with Techniclauncher.
  12. Mapwriter config got borked. Its either the main config file or the waypoints for your minimap. The borked file can be deleted just fine, although in case of the waypoints, you'll lose all the waypoints on your minimap. The location of the file you need to delete can be found in the error juuuuust above what you pasted here.

    MFSU Issue

its got an input and an output side.
  14. There's an Immersive vehicles folder in your mods folder. It contains all kinds of large content packs that are also included in the mods folder itself. 15. Why is your modpack a .jar and not a zip? Why is it close to 1 GB in size? Oh, you seem to have a lot of duplicate Train content packs in your modpack. That seems to be the bulk of the size bloat. It would probably also cause it to abort at 2/7 due to "duplicate mod found" errors.

    My game crashes

If this is about TekkitMain (also known as Tekkit Space, or tekkit 1.6.4) go to your save folder and delete the DimDoors folder.
  17. aka leave it alone for 1-2 hours and use this site to look for modpacks.
  18. The reason I asked you to check that out is because this should happen by default. I've had that happen, but only because I connected my screen to the wrong output on the back of my pc.
  19. The reason I'm saying this is because the launcher is using your onboard GPU, aka, its not using your nice 1660Ti, but the intel graphics on the cpu. Which, compared to your 1660Ti, is utter crap. You might want to check that out.
  20. Yes, great idea. Please make sure to port EVERY version of minecraft over, make sure to port Forge over, make sure to port over every single mod in existence, because modpacks will depend on them. Make sure to port java in such a way that makes it usable on phone, make sure to port Technic, Twitch, MultiMC and ATlauncher over to mobile. Oh, while you're at it, make sure the GUI is actually usable in a phone format, and that means have it playable on both a 5 inch phone and a tablet. Based on all of this, you'll be looking at atleast 4 years of work. I guess most people got the hint when they actually went over what would be required to make all of this work.
  21. Log only shows the first time opening of the launcher. No modpacks were clicked.
  22. Try updating your intel drivers. However, you got, what, 16 GB in your pc, why not have a somewhat decent GPU in it too? https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
  23. Yeah, that's what happens if you use 32 bit java, but even then it couldn't actually reserve a single GB of RAM.
  24. That log is unavailable, and useless. Add the techniclauncher log.
  25. The reason this works is because the normal minecraft launcher uses its own java, 8u51, and the issue this person was having is caused by 8u60+. But thanks for necroing this almost 4 year old thread.
