    Not. Too much has changed. You could potentially use a 1.5.2 world on a 1.14.4 server, but not the other way around. There's no backwards compatibility for older versions of minecraft.

    Yes. CodeChickenLib goes into the 1.7.10 folder inside the mods folder. If there's none, create it.

    Do you have permission to install? Have you tried to install as Administrator? Is it a school pc? Do you also have another java version installed? How was your vacation?

    You are missing CodeChickenCore or CodeChickenLib. Or both.

    Technic Launcher works fine, just don't allocate 15 GB for tekkit legends, especially if you don't have all 15 GB available. Use 4 GB max for a modpack like tekkit legends. No, more RAM will not improve performance.
