You have 2 types of mods, clientside and universal mods. Universal mods adds blocks to the game, mechanics shown to you and others, and such. Clientside only things are mods like custom main menu, HUDs, minimaps etc. These mods refer to client-code that is not available in the server-code, and thus will crash the server if called.

Keep REI in your client modpack, but don't put it on your server pack. Its a CLIENT-side mod, so the server will crash during startup with that in the serverpack.
Also, these ones:
ArmorStatusHUD-client StatusEffectHUD-client Damage-Indicators InventoryTweaks-1.59 These mods are all clientside only, and should not be included in the server pack.

You made a .rar file. This is not possible, you need to use a .zip file.

(One of the) StevenDimDoors dimensions (is/) are corrupted, try backing up your server folder, then remove the dimdoors folder with the dimension. Mind that the dimension will be lost.

Just a minor idea, but it could have something to do with the missing Forge in the bin folder. Aka modpack.jar is gone, and the normal files are there instead.

Were you able to start Attack of the Bteam correctly at your last try?

Upload your launcher log (found in %appdata%\Roaming\.technic\logs) to this site and provide the link here, so we can check if its any other issue.

Have you tried updating your graphics drivers recently? Windows 10 is especially known to have issues with OpenGL incompatability on graphics drivers.
Try downgrading to Java8u25 if not working.
3.5GB out of 4GB is asking for trouble btw, we advise to never use more than half your available RAM, in your case, 2 GB. Using 3.5, you ARE going to starve your system of RAM, and all kinds of fun stuff start happening then...

Download it from the official source (hint, mods.curse.com)... Your pack is so broken right now that I've given up on downloading core mods. Having to download atleast 6 coremods to get it to work is a tad much.

Installing your pack again, I get empty folders + an "Ultimate HQM" folder containing the necessary files. Not that strange it doesn't work.
Your modpack is located in a subfolder, put it in the top folder (now -> .zip/subfolder/files |necessary -> .zip/files).

*Hint* Remove all the crap from your pack (I don't want to download 4 of your "new world" saves, nor your options, nor your logs). You only need the bin folder, the mods folder, the config folder, your hats folder and your shaderpacks folder. Remove all the other folders.
Your issue happens because you forgot to include the bin folder. Add it to your pack. It should only contain the forge.jar renamed to "modpack".

Magmatic dynamos or biofuel generators. Because someone, aka a certain modpack maker, didn't include any real sources of power...
For the matter, you need 250 magmatic dynamos or 125 biofuel generators to fully power one laser drill.

Well, maybe we blame Windows 10 because just about every single user that comes to us with such a problem is running Windows 10?
Also, its quite easy to blame Win10 when people don't include logs. I wonder what's more annoying and stupid, the amount of crashes on Windows 10 or the amount of people that say "OMG IT CRASHED FIX PLOX" in different ways without providing ANY kind of logs.

Yes,  there's an issue with that. You likely have an Intel HD graphics driver in your Win10 computer, and those were not updated to work correctly on Win10.
You have two choices, either update your graphics driver, or downgrade Java to 7u80:

The issue isn't the zipfile, the issue is that you are using a Forge version (1180) that is so ancient that it actually doesn't contain the fix for Java 8 (1217).
You really, REALLY need to use the recommended or latest version of Forge for 1.7.10 (R:1558 | L:1614)

Try updating your Intel HD graphics card drivers over at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ (use the automatic update button)
If it doesn't work, downgrade to java 7u80.

You appear to be having an issue with an unsupported Intel Graphics device and Windows 10. This issue is common for older computers and Windows 10. We recommend, if it's a desktop, to get a dedicated graphics, as it is always a better option, anyways. However, there is a fix. Please press `WindowsKey + X` and click on \"Programs and Features\" and uninstall all copies of Java. After that, install Java 7 from this link: http://cdn.lemonmc.com/jre-7u80-windows-x64.exe Start up the launcher and try again.
