ok, i might have found a temporary solution. In normal windowed mode, i got 20 FPS, if i go into video setings and clikc fullscreen, i get around 60.

Last week, my tekkit would run, (minimum smooth lighting, fast graphics, normal render distance) at about 45 FPS witha maximized window. I havent played this week because ive been busy, but now when i play on the default window size i get 20 fps, same settings as above, and on maximized window, i get no more than 5 fps. Anyone know what might be causing this? EDIT: tried tekkit lite, classic, and hack/mine, and they had the same issue. Might be a launcher problem then

So you're using yogbox...? Or Tekkit...?

On the launcher, click the little gear under where you select what modpack, and make sure it's on recommended build

Doesn't Sengir now do buildcraft? If he really wanted to spite all theekit users, couldnt he use that?

And IC2's "god-item" isnt all that great, sucks up a ton of power for not many materials

Would something bad happen if you got in a car crash with a nuke powered car? Would anything explode? Also, king lemming said that reactor grade uranium can't hurt you. I'm assuming the means only by explosion, but feel free to correct me(I'm a nuclear scrub )

perfectly safe unless you are Russia(not supposed to be racist btw, just referencing a historical event) or influenced by a natural diaster But the ability of IC2 to produce hydro, geothermal, nuclear, solar, coal, and wind power is very nice. TBH i also really like the peat engine idea from forestry

In TE, is there a way to get reliable power without tearing up the landscape/ sucking the nether free of lava? If not, thats a significant advantage on IC2. Also, the miners are way better than the closest comparison, the mining well

Does mfr or another Tekkit mod have a replacement for things like the pneumatic tubes or sorting machines? I know build craft can do it, but the redpower version was much more manipulatable. Also, I will miss frames dearly. Goodbye awesome cliff side remote controlled base!

Maybe using the pm system would be better

Did it specifically say the coremods folder( if not put it in the mods)? Does it have other dependencies?
