Maybe if you read the common problems and solutions thread, you could found your answer. You are most likely using a different Tekkit version than the server. Find out what the server Tekkit version is and make sure your client matches that version. You can select the version of your client in the options menu on the launcher.

I am subbed to him, because I agree with him on some of the things he says, he also makes things a bit interesting. Are you using the correct version of Tekkit the server is running? For example, if the server is running 1.2.3.4.5 of Tekkit you must run 1.2.3.4.5 of Tekkit. Maybe the server has some mod(s) installed over it, check with the server owner or its members.

First of all, if an entire server decides not to use EE, then why doesn't the owner disable it? I mean if you can disable nukes, you can certainly disable most/all of EE. Some servers turn off the generators and machines and just allow people to craft the fuels and components for some of the magic items in EE. If you do not like it on the server and the owner agrees, that's fine,turn it off. If you want to keep it on and make sure nobody uses it, create rules on the server regarding EE. Asking the admins to Removing it from Tekkit just because some people don't like it, doesn't mean EVERYONE doesn't like it. I personally do not use EE, but some people do. Why remove it when it could be there as an option? I find This thread is pretty much useless, EE is not going anywhere, sorry.

If you don't like EE; don't use it. If you own a server and don't want EE; remove it. If you are not the server owner and hate other people using it; go cry about it. Yes, it is OP, but some people like it. Why should we ruin their fun? If we are taking out over powered things we might as well take out IC2, because it has a machine made of iron, rocks and flint that can double any ore and it has a machine that can generate superman armour off of scrap and the sun. Don't even get me started on Nukes.

It could be that your portal was bugged out and spawned somewhere far away from the island.

Sadly this is not from our end. The only suggestion I can give to you is to check the settings to see if the end is enabled and/or if it is at its default configs. Maybe in a little while someone else with another solution will reply to this thread.

The major problem with the Yogscast is the fact that I lose about 3 brain cells and 1 IQ every time I watch them, which is why I need DW20 to refill those brain cells and IQ points. Yogscast=Candy -- DW20=Healthy Salad

The launcher/Technic has nothing to do with the failure to connect to Minecraft.net. The only suggestion I can give you is to restart your Modem/router and/or turn off your computer.

So you want the great launcher to take on a Brony mod pack? Correct me if I am wrong, but the last person I saw playing with ponies was my 6 year old niece. This pack will only make the launcher retarded and spark even more criticism than usual. We only take unique mod packs; we have Tekkit/Technic for the people who like building factories and alchemy labs; we have the Vox. box for people who like to have a super creative mode; Hack/mine for people who like to explore with friends and create their own adventure story; and we have the Yogbox for a relaxed adventure game with mods that improve mechanics. When I tried this pack myself, I thought it gave me Cancer.
