Right, Mojang also said they will EVENTUALLY release the Mod API on PC... Also for mods to be made, Microsoft would need to change the way the system works. There is a reason there are no mods for other games (like Skyrim, Oblivion, Fallout, etc.) Those games all had hugely active modding communities and came with modding API on day one yet they still don't have mods for those games.
