Scroll up the list bro. . .

It's 4:56 AM in my part of the world, if I can hang in there so can you.

I'm not sure I follow anymore, you want your client to match the server yeah? We just gave you the steps to update your "LAUNCHER CLIENT" to 3.1.1 *actually you should probably just go ahead and link an image
-
That's the one.
-
As far as I know a manual patch doesn't exist. You should be able to change your build by: 1. Opening the Launcher 2. Clicking "Options" 3. Clicking on the manual build select button 4. Choosing Tekkit 3.1.1

It's precisely because this forum is "open and out there" that lazy behavior can't be tolerated. Imagine if every new user had your exact problem. If none of them bothered to check previous posts for the solution, the boards would contain nothing but posts asking the same questions over and over again. They'd get ignored more than the dialog box reminding people to buy a WinRar license.

I don't think you quite understand how these forums work. The users here tend to be very considerate, just look at the size of the Help Boards. What is lacking is tolerance of people who can't be bothered to research their problems before they ask. Your first issue in this thread was a valid concern, and it was addressed accordingly with helpful advice. When you then asked about an issue that you could have resolved by just looking at an obvious sticky, that's when people tend to lose the will to help you.

Careful man, my feelings are getting hurt :eng99:

Aww, I thought I was being rather supportive :(
-
Well. . . yes? I don't see how this is any different from any other game. If your client is running a different version than the server you're trying to connect to, bad things are bound to happen. Just wait it out for the server admins to update their version and everything will be rainbows and unicorns.

C'mon man, from what I've read tonight you're already on thin ice with the mods, and stuff like this really isn't helping your case. Perhaps the solution to this error might be found in the Tekkit Bug Board? It might even be so common as to have a sticky. I won't point you to it directly, I believe in your ability to find it yourself.
-
Some of the mods in Technic do not have multiplayer support available, so no. But if you've already configured the server and have it ready to go, just download Tekkit through the launcher and join the server while running that.
-
Well considering I haven't seen anything that suggests the contrary in your posts, have you made sure you have selected the Tekkit pack from the drop down menu and not the Technic pack? If you set up a Tekkit server and are trying to join using the Technic pack mods I'd imagine that would be an issue. Damn it bwillb, beat me by a matter of seconds.

The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack? (At least I think that's what it was called) I'm kind of indifferent to both of them, Adventure Time certainly has its moments but the show as a whole tends to be hit or miss. Flapjack was a little too inconsistent for my taste, it seemed to see-saw back and forth between really strange humour + characters and more traditional gags. Also it just kind of dropped off the radar without any resolution if I remember correctly. As far as I know they're both a step above the few other western animated original series that are out there right now.

I threw together a quick example of a working single Mill connected to a batbox, don't know if it will help. http://imgur.com/JUGZh
-
Try to ensure that the Mills are all completely surrounded by water except for the cable connected to them. Mills let out a very small amount of EU passively, if you surround them it can help. Try putting a water bucket directly into the Mill to test that your wiring is set up right.
-
Not really sure what you're trying to ask here, are you placing them in water and then not getting any EU? Or are you unable to place the mills in the water?
-
This. . . this seems sketchy. Maybe if you uploaded it on Imgur I'd feel safer.
-
I assume you're talking about the Thaumcraft "pillars", in which case you can't build them. They are a part of world generation only.
-
I'd really suggest reading the stickies, especially the one clearly titled COMMON PROBLEMS + SOLUTIONS where the following possible solution is listed. Oh and looky there, you're using 32 bit java. Isn't looking in the stickies great?

Suppose I wanted to install the mods manually anyway?
Gennah replied to Kynrasian's question in Technic Launcher
There's really no reason to install the mods manually, unless its due to some personal bias against an open source launcher. If you insist however, just install all the technic mods in the same order that the Technic Team has and make sure to use the same block ids. -
It seems like you haven't read any of the stickies. First, I don't recommend signing your posts. Second, it's much more difficult for anyone to help you if you don't post in the proper error report format.
-
1) This doesn't sound like a launcher error to me, I suggest posting in a more relevant forum in the future. 2) Where did you put the wooden pipe? If I recall, this type of error tends to happen when wooden pipes are connected to EE condensers. The solution I'm aware of is to remove said pipe in a map editing program such as MCEdit. 3) Put more than 30 seconds of effort into your posts, it really shows. *SUPER SPECIAL EDIT ADDITION* 4) Read the stickies and use a proper bug report format.

Please please please start using your eyes, or you will get bent before you can blink. There is literally an entire section of these forums devoted to this on the front page. http://forums.technicpack.net/index.php/board,36.0.html
