Have you seen Direwolf's latest railcraft spotlight for 1.3? One of the new tracks he showed was the 'linking track'. When two or more carts pass over it close enough together the track will link them. So you could have a linking track near the entry point of the carts and have them link together. Of course interage activity like that is currently limited to SMP.

I've been using Power converters for BC3 for a while now. I think it may just be maintained by someone else.

Last week I discovered that creosote oil capsules can be used in biogas engines at 4Mj/t. Since then I've been running my coke ovens thinking of the oil as the main product and the charcoal as the secondary product. (Though I do use the charcoal_dust mod to use the charcoal for solar panels...)

I just tried that and it's a lot easier than cycling buckets back to the condenser. Plus my four geothermal setup is so compact, with the logistic piping underneath and the fibre cables above the generators. -

If you're on technic you can use logistics pipes for this kind of setup. -
It would be funny if the 'exclusive content' turns out to be something stupid like a new kitty that follows your character around... But even then people would complain about PC not getting the kitty.

Earlier on facebook and their website new XBLA and PSN ports of Terraria have been announced. The forums and facebook are already filled with rage posts on the console ports getting exclusive new content. It would really suck if the PC supporters that have supported the game the longest don't get any of the new content.

I'm liking the new stained glass in the Forestry beta, mostly the glowstone stained glass. Adding a light source glass pane to this mod may be popular to players that don't use forestry.

Creeper problem, is there a solution to this menace?

The basic plugin I use(and there are MANY such plugins) allows creeper explosions to harm players, but not affect the environment. It allows explorers to still die if they aren't careful, without endangering any structures. -
And F1 removes the HUD, so you can take screenshots without the controls/minimap on the screen.

get the NEI mod for forestry. it's on the same page as the forestry mod. -
They released it so it can be tested. It will be switched to recommended after it's been gone over by the players for a while. Don't be so impatient.
