So, I've been attempting to decompile mods as of recent, because of certain circumstances, and well, because Bearded Octo Nemesis doesn't have any documentation. Am I right that I put in the input "pathtoobfuscatedmod.jar", then output "pathtodeobfuscatedmod.jar"? Also, am I right that I point it's MCP to forgeMCP, where MCP is where all the scripts are located? Lastly, how do I edit/recompile this mod with eclipse?

The mod API gets shut down because of modders being assholes about permission. Mojang stole the rendering code from spq16x or whoever, so mojang gets sued. Bam, no more minecraft. I wish for my FPSes back.

http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1000645-multimc-43-windows-linux-mac/ This makes mods really easy. Create an instance, edit mods, click MCForge, choose 518, and drag mods into mods folder tab.
