wont launch

each time i press the play button it goes through the process of launching but mine craft wont open then the tekkit launcher shows up again

 

i get a error like: [WARNING] [ForgeModLoader] The coremod appeng.transformer.AppEngCore does not have a MCVersion annotation, it may cause issues with this version of Minecraft
