HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Hi,

I tried several times to create my own modpack for me and friends but they all didn't worked.
what i try to say is:
is there somebody out who can create one for me?
if yes, these are the mods i want in it (if you have other cool mods (not for beefy computer) you can put them into):

- Applied Energistics 2
- Buildcraft

- IC2
- Thermal Expansion

- Lucky Blocks

- Open Blocks

- carpenters blocks

- chickenchunks

- computercraft

- extra utilities

- iron chests

- Nether Ores

- Not Enough Items

- Reis Minimap

- Simply Jetpacks

- Waila & WAWLA

- Balkon's Weapon Mod

- Mo' Creatures

 

with other cool mods you have i mean things with technology

if somebody could make this for me i would be really happy

maybe it would be easier for you to know what mods i can handle if i tell my specs:
- 4GB Ram

- Intel HD Graphics

- 1.40 GHz

 

which minecraft version?
i don't actually care, as long as it is stable for servers too.
if you could make a server folder too i would be really happy because i'm going to use it for a server.

Make sure of the following:

Your mod pack folder is labeled "modpack"

Your "bin" , "mods" , "configs", etc. are labeled correctly. (Note: Everything is case sensitive)

Correct Forge Version for minecraft version

Forge is renamed to "modpack"

All mods and core mods are in one folder

All mods are of the same minecraft version

You correctly archived the modpack

Your site is able to host the mod pack(Use Drop Box)

You uploaded the correct link to Technic

 

If you did all that, it should work.
