Error Downloading File?

So, I've hit a minor problem with my modpack...  Every time one attempts to install it, the following error occurs:

And every time I try to edit the "settings" page, it gives me the following:

Oddly enough, when I go back to the settings, it appears my amendments have been saved though.  Does anyone know what seems to be the issue?

• You might consider updating Forge to the latest 1.7.10 version.
• NEI should probably be updated to the latest version.
• Make sure you are incrementing the pack version number every time you change your modpack archive.
