Technic Launcher Wont Start Up

So whenever i try starting up my Technic by double clicking it or running it it simply doesn't load.

what java do you have?

have you tried right-clicking the launcher and choose the "Run as Admin" option?

I updated my java and i can't go back to 1.50 so i cannot start my technic launcher
