Technic launcher won't download my modpack

I made a little test modpack and uploaded it to dropbox. It's set so that anyone can view it in dropbox and I have set the link for it.

However, when I try to download it it comes up with an error saying it failed to download. This is my first modpack so I am kind of new.

Help would be appreciated.

Always provide the API URL or a link to your pack details page when requesting custom modpack assistance.
