How do I set up a server download?

Hey guys, I want to create a server download for my modpack, Rise Of Insanity, at http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/rise-of-insanity.584625. However, I have no idea how to do it, as there appears to be no guides online. The reason for this is my servers are hosted by Apex Minecraft Hosting, and they will install modpacks for you. However, they say that they need a server download to do this. I don't know how to create one. Can anyone help me out? And help would be greatly appreciated.
