Forestry on Tekkit Servers and Clients.

I see people constantly making posts asking how to install Forestry to their servers or clients. I found two videos that do a phenomenal job on how to install them both. They have the download links in the video descriptions.

I honestly don't know much about Bukkit. What I do know is that both Bukkit and the forcefields are a bit touchy.

How about google dns techpack, download dns techpack, then install dns techpack, then you have all the mods that dont want to be in tekkit!

Make sure you get the correct version.

How 'bout that they don't have permissions either, no slick "shitty" launcher, a high ego, and no decent community. Also, stop spamming and being a ban-worthy idiot.

I followed both of the video tutorials, and the server works. But my game gives me white screen. I waited more then 10 minutes. And still. I tried the old method, with placing a 'z' before the forestry jar, it works, the game starts. BUt when I try to login to the server, it says I need "mod_forestry bla bla bla"

Any idea how to fix this?

You probably have the wrong version of Forestry, or possibly you need to rename your server forestry a forestry as well.

Forestry is a awesome mod, I really would love it just in the tekkit builds no permissions. I am too lazy to instal it myself... oh well i will just condense wood

I meant renaming the Forestry in your server's mods folder "zForestry" or whatever the one on your client is called.

I found a method. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPzQapaOBk0 Download the Forestry from the description, place it in the mods folder of your tekkit, (client) and dang. It works just fine.
