Upload your screenshots somewhere, (http://imgur.com ) because we can't see them from your computer.

They are spitting items out the side instead of going into the input tesseract. I have tried using item ducts, but they don't work either.

Tesseract will automatically send items to the nearby inventory, you don't need/can't to pump items out of it with itemducts.

Example:

Tesseract 1 - Redstone Control: ignored or high/low, depending on if you want to control it or not) Choose your frequency, add it to the list and select & confirm it. Configuration: Item Mode "Send Only" and the rest "Blocked"  & then place it for example on top of a quarry.

Tesseract 2 - Redstone Control: ignored or high/low, depending on if you want to control it or not) Choose the same frequency. Configuration: Item Mode "Recieve Only" and the rest "Blocked", then place it on a chest and pump the items out of it via "Export Bus", or "Wooden pipe" and an engine/gate, or use itemducts..

Hope this helped.

Thanks for the reply, but i have already done those things. I have tried taking it out with a wooden pipe and an engine, and have set the frequency to the same, set the configuration to what you have said and have tried all the redstone controls. As the screenshots show, I have also tried using chests on top of the output tesseract, but the items are still not going into the input tesseract, and instead spitting the items out of the side of the pipe. Bothe chunks are loaded with dimensional anchors.

but the items are still not going into the input tesseract

You can't have itemducts connected to the tesseract, they don't count as a valid inventory. And as long as there's no valid inventory on the receieving side, items will slip out on the input.
