Factions not working on my tekkit server!

I have factions in my plugins folder on my private tekkit server and factions wont load.

Here is an error log:

Download 1.2.5 factions, not 1.3.2.

That is way too old school. There is an app for that now. I just press a button on my tiny phone and the cleaving is done promptly.
