launcher Unable to Uninstall Technic launcher after it not working

After being unable to launch the Technic Launcher, I decided to try and uninstall it and reinstall it, but after deleting everything to do with it, and even deleting and uninstalling minecraft, it still hasn't been fully uninstalled, as clicking the download link on the webpage merely downloads the Launcher again instead of the Setup Wizard for the launcher. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.

remove Java, and re-install the latest Java x64 and try it again.

You need the 64 bit version of Java. 

https://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Choose Windows Offline(64-bit) and install that.

After you download it, click on what you've downloaded to run it.

I've tried this and it does not work, it just gives me the Technic Launcher, which doesnt work

I wanted to COMPLETELY uninstall it, i;ve already backed my saves, i just wanted to uninstall it to the point of needing to get the setup wizard again

pastebin a log, its likely your issue is something else.

I don't have any logs from the .technic folder, as i deleted them trying to uninstall it

Such a program is not needed and useless in this case. Those use the windows registry to scan for left over files. Technic does not use the registry.

Furthermore issues with the launcher not running at all is almost never a case for a reinstall. It is usually an issue with their Java install.
