Technic Launcher Crashes When Trying To Launch Game! [SOLVED]

Everytime I try to load the game the Technic launcher closes acts likes its going to launch the game. But then it spits this at me in the logs (warning unable to load c:/user/appdata/roaming/.technic/modpacks/captainsparklez-survival-modpack/bin/version[B#349])
