I can't login to the launcher..

 Ok so I installed the technic launcher but whenever I open it and try to put in my minecraft username and password it says invalid credidentials: user name or password invalid.

Can someone please help..

And trying your emailadress, like how you would do when using the vanilla launcher, did not pop up as one of the things to try?

It said to login using my minecraft account and the bars were Username: and Password:

[Torezu]

If you have migrated to (or created your profile with) a Mojang account (instead of original MC account), you'll use your email address as your username.  Try that, as suggested.
