help Technic Opens No Modpack!

Any modpack I try to open at Technic does not open! I've tried several things like -Xmx512 and it still does not work

Logs?  Any other information?  Computer specs and/or software versions so someone can figure out the issue from that?

Looks like some software limited your RAM with a JAVA_OPTIONS environment variable.
