Tekkit Texture Problem

Hello guys,

I wanted to play Tekkit after a while. Then i faced with a texture problem(I added the screenshot). I updated Java. I deleted and reinstalled Technic Launcher but i can't fix it. I'm pretty sure that i don't have a resource pack(I also tried with a resource pack it doesn't change anything).

I've experienced the same problem on Hexxit and several other modpack in this version and below.

It's so weird.
