The thing is, when i plonk a redstone torch or a lever and such, the redstone engines doesn't animate or power the quarry. Appearanly they do heat up, i found out by leaving my server on for the night, but the quarry remained untouched. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

V00doocat Posted January 14, 2013 Share Posted January 14, 2013 Seriously, redpower engines are good for powering wooden pipes to pump items/liquids into a pipe network, or using 4 to power a pump. Couldn't they could power the quarry before? They can, but they only provide 1 MJ per "stroke". You're better off using Stirling Engines (They're called Steam Engines in Tekkit Classic and Technic 1.2.5) as all-purpose engines. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
