HatsuneMikudesu
Now that IC2 has been removed from tekkit I've found myself very confused with how to power my lava fabricator. The tekkit forums say to use solar array's but they were in IC2. So, what is the best way to power the fabricator in 1.15?
TokiWartooth
Biofuel or Magmatics.
Teraku
Biofuel would probably be the best way, as Magmatic Engines would simply be redundant. An easier way to make lava is to use a Magma Crucible. Put in some Cobblestone/Stone/Netherrack (Netherrack is preferred), supply some power using a Steam Engine, and you have free lava.
Viktor_Berg
I have a question: what is the main reason to use a lava fabricator? Are you planning on using obsidian bricks for building? Because I can't think of any other reason, considering lava fabrication takes exactly as much energy as you can get out of said lava if you use it as fuel in a magmatic engine. weirleader
and related to what Viktor said, an Igneous Extruder is an even easier way to get Obsidian if that's what you're after.

I am using netherack in my magma crucible and powering it with a magmatic engine. I get approx 1.75 buckets of lava for every bucket that goes in. is slow but what else to do with a full deep storage unit of netherrack
