Yes, vast amounts of "flowing" (non-source-block) lava can cause a ton of lag. However, that should only show up if the area in the nether with depleted lava has a chunk loader keeping the area loaded.

Another thing that changed is how Power suits handle visual changes. The addon that changes the look of the powersuit is no longer used. Instead, they use a seperate interface that allows you to tweek the looks of the armor. if you have those addon's installed, remove them before switching versions.

Okay guys thanks for all the help.

I feel bad now cause it wasn't something super technical. It was just a chunk loader in the Nether... Derp... I removed it in 1.0.6 put the world on 1.1.5 and bang, it worked fine. I put the chunk loader back in the nether and so fare everything is working fine. I am going to have to delete the nether cause there is so much moving lava there. Not from pumps but from quarry's (Witch I have done in the past and never got this problem)

It is still weird to me how when I remove it in 1.0.6 and switch it over to 1.1.5 everything works fine. I then put it back down with no problem.... But if I switch with the chunk loader down it is super lagy....

Haha, I think we covered all bases but the one that caused the problem! There's just so many silly things that can cause lag like that, it's hard to pinpoint sometimes. Nice job fixing it though.
