when i try clicking the molten alloys in the smeltery they should go down right, but they aren't i can't sort my smeltery please help me.

I don't think the molten metal shifting is in the version of Tinker's Construct that Hexxit has. If my memory is correct it was added in one of the 1.6.x versions of TC, whereas Hexxit runs on Minecraft 1.5.2.
