removing necromany from bteam on aserver

If I were to remove necro in an already loaded server world, would it corrupt the world?

I know that necro has 1 structure, which spawns in the nether, so would removing necro corrupt the overworld, too?

what about chests/ storage w/ necro items in it?

Another thing is how would the server owner go about removing necromancy?

If you remove a mod the only thing that should happen is that any item or block from that mod will be removed from the world. Nothing should crash or corrupt.

 

A server would simply remove the mod from the mods folder and restart the server.
