Have you considered checking the section of the forums with the word "Server" written in big bold letters?

Still not really the correct place for this sort of thing, goto server section and search for a 15 slot server and see what comes up.

Apart from that .... why should someone invite you? You should give an appropriate introduction and reason why you want to join and what you have to offer. With a post like that I would never invite you to our server (which I won't anyway, since being the only native english speaker between a group of germans wouldn't make sense anyways )
