Custom Server Help

Hi, im needing some help with a custom modpack and server I made. The modpack is not yet public, but while working on the server files for it, I got this message:

i have no idea what to do with this, removing some of the more problematic mods didn't help, and deleting a few duplicate mods only shortened the error. what should I do?
