FPS problem

So here is the problem

I can't run some of the modpacks (seem to be all of the big modpacks that have that problem) more than 10 seconds at 50+ fps before it drops down to 0 fps.

I looked around and tryed some things like giving more RAM from 3G to 12G (i have 24G of RAM), i tryed to delete(all version of java on my computer)/reinstal Java 64bit and update  it and I also tryed to delete/reinstal technic luncher and the modpacks.

I can run vanila minecraft fine and some modpacks

I have an I7 4770, 24Go of ram and a gtx 1070 graph card

Hope any of you can help me with this (and sorry if i did not post this at the right place...)

Don't allocate more than 4GB of ram. Make sure you are using your fancy GPU instead of onboard GPU when you start the launcher. 

Pastebin your latest log too, perhaps there is something in there,
