    Don't use /reload Also the error regarding the craftbukkit version doesn't matter. To get that to go away open bukkit.yml and turn off update notifications.

    You don't understand. If you understood you would go submit a bug report. Try downloading the latest launcher. Also try disabling anti-virus or firewalls. Several different kinds of those are known to interfere with the process.

    I'm going to be nice and keep you one point away from probation. Failure to use code tag or pastebin but more importantly failure to submit a proper bug report. Upgrade to java 7.
