That is sorta the only solution that can be offered. The regular fix won't work, seeing as everyone needs the same block ids. Unless someone more experienced can offer up why this happened in the first place.

I use a pirated version of Cubase, with the basic VST plugin And I moved it from AASS, because as stated, no one really browses through there any more... And what's wrong with attention? It's sorta why I do this.

I sort by mods. And building materials are completely separate from each other. However, most of my stuff ends up going into other factories to be made into bigger stuff, or shipped to other players by rail :3

That's not really a reset, you are probably using a plugin that uses an earlier version of Java.
