The pack does not update mods individually, it downloads the new set of mods as packaged To update them separately delete the existing version and download the updated version Obviously this is an "At your own Risk" situation

The libraries aren't being located These files are in the bin folder, you should only have modpack.jar in there as the tekkit launcher will auto-download the rest of the bin files Please confirm this is the case and try again

I'm going to assume you mean Technic, the SSP If my assumption is correct then search Technic in the mods and you will find Technic SSP, this is the only other 1.2.5 pack the team made AFAIK

I highly doubt it, I can see 2 ways to to do this but in both cases it's not a good return for the work IMO You would have to modify the blast resistance of everything so that blocks can withstand the power of a nuke Write a mod that detects the explosion, determines the origin (is it a creeper, TNT, reactor etc) then in the event it is a nuke cancel out the explosion then simulating the now non-existent explosion and remove the blocks you are OK with it damaging Those are 2 ways I would come up with but I am far from all knowing, there might be a better solution out there
