  1. May I suggest a pair of World Anchors?
  2. I assumed so, and asked the admins to stick a yellow name on him. We'll confirm that when he comes back, but that was his first post here. :)
  3. What antivirus/firewall software are you running, if any? That's the primary cause of this and several other common issues.
  4. Your server power-crashed at some point in the past, most likely and the world file is corrupt. If you have backups from before the crash, I'd load them. There's a good reason I make daily server file backups, and I will do it more frequently if it's been a heavy building day or something.
  5. OP: Your error is being caused by duplicate mod files. If you wiped your tekkit folder and the problem persists, you will need to go into your mods folder (not the one for the server) and remove duplicate mod files. Delete the older ones, unless they're the same version number, then it doesn't really matter.
  6. Do they have a firewall or antivirus software? That can cause failures to connect.
  7. Nope. It's impossible to fix, completely, without using the search bar or Google. You should try it sometime.
  8. First, why is this here? It should be in the Tekkit Bug Board. Second, pipe type 0 is usually created by some kind of rollback plugin, since those can't distinguish between BuildCraft pipe types. You'll need to MCEdit or WorldEdit them out.
  9. Try here. Filters need a source, usually a chest but anything with an inventory, a sink/output, usually a tube but a chest will also work, and a redstone tick signal, usually a timer. Have fun!
  10. You should do reactor, chambers, and reactor components too. :)
  11. Waterproofing is a shaped craft. The dye goes in the upper left corner. Don't ask - I don't know why.
  12. Why...would you need 64-bit anything to use Tekkit? Also, this isn't...you know what? I don't know where this topic goes.
  13. Tried just deleting lwjgl.dll? It may not be needed with a 64-bit system.

    Ugocraft?

Why on earth would anyone do something like that? Object, I mean.
  15. Are there flashing lights around your house? Lighting updates can cause massive lag.
  16. Was it in the game when you changed the settings? All that config file does is disallow crafting of the item in question. You can still spawn them in, and it doesn't remove any. If you want to do something like that, you'll have to use a plugin, like NoItem or something.
  17. We do mind. You have permission. It's just that everyone seems to miss the big Submit a Bug Report button. I don't know why - it's very obvious.
  18. Tried everything? Have you tried jumping on a trampoline while someone shoots you with a fire hose? Hint: You're in the wrong section.
  19. This isn't the right section to be asking for help with a Tekkit problem, even normally, but especially since it doesn't look like you're running a default server/client.
  20. Allow me to translate: See how punctuation makes your post so much easier to read? Now, pictures. Setup, crafting table contents, etc. Go!
  21. Facts of the mod pack, I think. Have you tried diamond chests? You could also use filters, which seem to work just fine with condensers at least.
  22. Okay, first things first: this is the wrong place for this. You want General Tekkit SMP, or a server section if you're going to be dedicating a server for this, which it sounds like you are. Second, Technic is single-player only. Perhaps you mean Tekkit?
  23. This is most definitely approved, but you might want to make the pictures bigger...they're hard to read from the post.
  24. Regular compressor: 625 EU/operation. 2000 EU/t reactor: call it 8 ice blocks/second to cool. EU output of reactor: 40,000 EU/second vs. EU input required for ice: 5,000 EU/second. Yes, it's 1/8 of the reactor output. But that's not horrible. Singularity compressors would probably make this more efficient.
  25. I opened the post, saw the run-on sentence with random capital letters and nearly no punctuation, told myself, "This isn't worth it." and closed the post. If you want help with something, try to separate your post into coherent thoughts. Capital letters do help, but they have to be in the right spots, or they just add to the confusion.
