You don't even need covers - you can use cover strips on the same side of the blocks as the uninsulated wires.

If you're near spawn, unless you're OP, you can't break blocks. Move out 100 blocks or so and see what happens.

Zeppelins, unless I'm mistaken, is SSP-only, and Flan's mods use ModLoaderMP, which doesn't work with Forge nicely. They're not going to be added.

And MFSUs, and reactor chambers/cores, and...well, you get the idea.

So...how much memory does your system have, how much do you have free while MC's not running, and how much are you trying to allocate?

What are you doing with your fries?

Do they crash, or do they just load very few chunks?

There is no way to remove inventory except through server plugins, and that, as far as I know, isn't associated with any in-game object.

There would have to be some kind of plugin for Rei's Minimap, probably involving a collaboration with Eloraam (RedPower's creator), and it's unlikely to be quick & easy to do.

Then it's entirely possible Java 7 is not being used correctly by the server. Why don't you post a bug report, in the Tekkit Bug Board, with more information, especially what versions of Java you have installed.

This is not where you would advertise a server. Put together a decent server post, and stick it in one of the server sections.

Is your computer a laptop? You might have a problem with the dedicated video card not doing its job properly.

Back to the 3.0.4 server files are available here on the Server tab. The client is available quite a bit further back (2.0.0, I think) in the client under Options -> Manual Select in the launcher window.
