I actually have a better idea, before you go doing that (though it may still be necessary, and I'd back up the whole folder first just in case). Grab a new 3.1.2 server, run it once, and copy the mod_EE.props file from the new folder, writing over the old one. Then disable whatever you want to again, and see what happens.

Step 1) Use MCEdit to remove the offending pipes, or go see if you can find them and break them yourself. Step 2) Don't do rollbacks on BC pipes any more. BuildCraft doesn't respond well to that.

Did you get new graphics card drivers at the same time? That can cause glitches like this.

If you're on a 32-bit system, nothing. Sometimes the .exe just doesn't agree with them.

This is also true of diamond, redstone, coal, nikolite, and lapis ore, at least. You can use Silk Touch to pick them up (not sure I'd try that on Nikolite), but they're useful only for decoration until you place and break them.

It's normal. It may be fixed in later versions, but it's also one of the slowest ways of generating unlimited EMC.

That is a much older version of EE you were looking at. The recipes are now much more limited, and will only transmute charcoal <-> coal <-> alch. coal <-> mobius fuel <-> aeternalis fuel, and iron <-> gold <-> diamond. That's it. The rest is covered by the transmutation table/tablet. As far as the philosopher's stone thing, I believe it's now possible to block its transmutation properties on a server. You can use it as a portable crafting table by pushing C while holding it, though.

Yeah, other than reinstalling the server files, I'm not sure what to say on this then. Usually just deleting the tablets will fix it.

You'll want to look in the forum section dedicated to texture packs for that.

Then you probably have graphics driver or overheating issues, or there's something else screwing with your display.

Move the batch file to the same folder as your server files (tekkit.jar, in other words), and add quotes around the path with Java (so "C:\Prog...\java.exe"). See what that does.

You're doing it wrong. A dozen diamonds takes a couple hours to find/make, and geothermal's more than enough to get that MFE charged to be able to charge your nano armor and saber. Can we not make this another EE debate thread? There are enough of those already.
