The pending EULA change is a horrible idea. The backlash they're receiving already from this should tell them they're not making the right decision. The sole thing that drives Minecraft is the community and them taking this route would be them hurting their own brand.

 

They think it's going to increase realm sales. While it may increase it some it's going to hurt them more than help them.

 

Couldn't we legally state when a user donates X amount that their donation is 100% a donation and they're not paying for any perks but, in appreciation for their contribution we'll give them X and X for free.

 

Also, how hard is it going to be to enforce this change from their Country to all servers hosted around the globe.

Thats not really a donation, that's a purchase.

minecraftforum.net or curse.com is the prefered sites where modders put links to their mods. (a few exceptions is the few who posts their mods on this forum, and maybe on FTB forum?)

 

Get your mods anywhere else and you risk your computer to downloading adware / malware and other crap.

Mods dont support 64bit unless they are specifically programmed for it

The issue here is that you are using a VPS, resources are shared across clients so you will never be guranteed CPU time (also hertz =/= preformance)

When I try using the .sh file it says windows can't open this file. I'm using Windows 7 btw. How do I add extensions?

Google "view file extentions" and .sh is for unix like OS's.. (not windows)

You have probably forced a version, click the gear by the modpack and if it isnt already change it to aways use recommended

Guys just to let you know this is all based on my own experience and not evidence.

I should not need evidence etc. Its from my own experience as a server/website/database/host owner.
