You can't make duplicators normally, they need to be spawned in. Also, why are you removing computers?

Gotta find a skeleton dungeon, what I would do is funnel them (water or interdiction torches) into an area where you can use a timer (or pressure plate) to set them on fire. To easily retrieve the items you can use a transposer or filter.

I have something similar nether side but I use a geothermal and energy link instead of redstone engines. World side I just use a pump and deployer. Manage to feed 7 geothermals + tanks.

If you have a hosting company like that, then you should really switch to somebody who will.

It depends on how the server is setup whether things like breaks, deployed and turtles will work. Also, just get re-opped it will be so much easier.

If they are bukkit then it is possible.
