Before even reading this I have noticed two major flaws. No Indenting No Comments If you want anyone to understand your code you are going to have to get used to indenting and commenting.

Looks like nobody is even connecting, try connecting through localhost on the machine that it is hosted or by using your external ip.

Yes I am purposefully vague as within many situations I don't see the need to add anything else in. Take "You shouldn't be able to as it isn't from IC2, its a add-on. " for example.
