Wrong section. This is the correct one for Tekkit. I assume you play classic? If not, Tekkit Lite is your candy. This one is for Technic. Since you did not give us any info regarding that you play SMP or SSP. You did say you played the game... which means it is modpack related and not launcher.

Your not alone, I liked ToK. But it should be fairly simple, drag and drop the mod to your mods folder where technic has them. In that tehcniclauncher file. The fun part is to find that file, if you are not used to a computer. I'm definitly not.

And mods that are not used in tekkit... well they are not in tekkit probably cuz they are outdated, buggy or *add any reasonable reason that tekkit would remove a mod*. It's only in slowpokes streams, BTW and MCforums where they don't like the name Technic/tekkit mentioned. They don't care about it in FTB forums... more or less. I don't use technic. I've played with tekkit once, but they were gonna make a few changes in protech that I didn't like. So I stopped. I would like to continue, if I can find that server thread where that amazing midgar build was in
