you downloaded the Launcher from here http://www.technicpack.net/download correct? what java version do you have? Don't say "newest"

you can do whatever you want with the Technic packs. Download them, play with them, edit them, scrap 'em and leave the modded lego world forever. and coming back again to start all over. you can ask the mod creators individually (google the mod - anything from minecraftforum and curse is legit! 9minecraft or 7minecraft is not!) but I wouldn't bother them if you are playing this pack privately. Just send them a tweet post with thanks, they'll appreciate that more. you can edit the Technic packs, but if you do and they crash then don't come whining to us. It's your own fault if you went fiddling with additional mods. all custom made packs are discussed on Platform Pagoda you are breaking one simple rule, which you could easily have avoided by clicking the Global Rules.

a 32-bit java will restrict you with 1GB of RAM that you can give to the launcher. If you play modpacks with 50+ mods then it will crash, especially if most are worldgen mods

what does ETC mean?

there's two things you can do when you get kicked; the right way which is contacting the people responsible of the chat OR making a stupid meme post and act like a victim. For all I know, you could have done something naughty on the channel.

Go to pastebin.com OR paste.ubuntu.com there's a big white box that says "New paste". There you paste the wall of text then you hit that big button below that says "Submit" or "Paste". If you succeeded then you can copy the address and post the link here

no antivirus? you said no logs, did you check in .technic -> logs folder? is it empty?

explain a bit better. Does the launcher window open when you click on it? what java do you have installed? Do not say "newest", that's not an actual version number

why are you asking about a custom pack from us? Technic official packs are Tekkit (Legends, Lite, Classic), Hexxit, Attack of the B-team and Voltz. Anything else is a custom pack made by other people. Ask whoever is in charge of 1.7.10 pack why his pack isn't working. His name is right there where he posted "Hi it's me".

I thought it might be an antivirus due to this error java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\.technic\assets\packs\technelogia-4-lite\icon.png (Accesso negato) "access is denied" means something is blocking it. But reading the line you'll notice it is blocking the icon.png file.
