    the Platform and all packs' downloads was down due to the host, Linode. Try again later. See if Technic official packs, Tekkit, Hexxit or Attack of the B-team are working for you. If they aren't, post a report on the Bug Reports with a technic log included

    post the log logs can be found when clicking the Cog-Wheel button on the top right corner on the launcher window. If you can't open the launcher the logs can also be found inside %appdata% -> Roaming -> .technic -> logs Paste the content on pastebin.com or paste.ubuntu.com and give the link.

    well if you did then you type the exact same credentials on the Technic Launcher as you do on the Mojang launcher (username and password). If you have migrated your Minecraft account to a Mojang account then you need to fill in the email address on the username field

    that's part of the problem. Java can't handle more than 3GB Issues with the launcher belongs in Bug Reports. Post there if after lowering that RAM doesn't work

    you have 2 options; you either search for a server or you apply on this thread http://forums.technicpack.net/topic/112443-small-scale-recruitment-thread-attack-of-the-b-team/ we don't allow any other topics on Server sections than an actual server advertisement topic.

    you type the name of the modpack on the search tab on the launcher, it will show up if you are online. the other alternative is looking on the Platform site, finding a modpack you like and click the download button there to get a link. Copy that link and post it on the launcher

    what in the seven hells are you on about? Technic did not create Minecraft, Mojang did! You get your premium account when you buy it from Mojang.

    there is no 1.7.10 of Tekkit Classic. you can't advertise other modpacks than Tekkit Classic on Tekkit Classic server. If you made a custom pack and wish to advertise a server running it, then you belong in Platform Custom Server

    don't report issues with packs that is not the work of Technic team. they are not responsible for those. instead, contact the creator of Lapito's for technical support.

    don't ask for help with custom packs in Bug Reports. Technic team is not responsible for someone elses modpack. according to the log, you only need to delete the pack and redownload it. If that fails, contact the modpack creator for tech help

    that is the issue. It's Forge acting up after Java got updated some time ago. This has been posted on Technic news multiple times for months and has also been answered in Bug Reports. Google LegacyJavaFixer by LexManos. Download the file and put it in the mods folder of the modpack.
