Problems Allocating RAM (And no other page has solved this)
AetherPirate replied to Zxyr's topic in Platform Pagoda
Java is Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM, version 1.8.0_101, running on Windows 10:x86:10.0, installed at C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_101 32 bit Windows.... sorry but you cannot run 64 bit Java (and therefore be able to allocate more RAM) without wiping and re-loading your PC with a 64 bit OS.. -
From the wiki: http://rs485.network/wiki/Main_Page Power: All actions in Logistics pipes need power ranging from small(~1RF), through to expensive (e.g. quick-sorting a stack takes 500RF). These values are for a power multiplier of “1”, which is adjustable in the configuration file. When a pipe “sparkles” that means it has used power. Power is provided by the Logistics Power Junction. Without one of these Power Junctions connected to a Basic Pipe on your network, NOTHING will run!

open the laucher, click cog wheel upper right corner, the button for the logs is on the lower left after that. Pastebin the most recent one. Logs will tell me what version of Java you are really using, as well as info about OS and other things. -

Not able to open inventory in custom modpack
AetherPirate replied to beastwar52400's topic in Platform Pagoda
Judging by how some of those .jars are named, you've still got mods in there from untrusted sources. Only get mods from the author's site, their Gihub if they have one, curse, or curseforge, or mineraftforum.net If in doubt, use Chrome and grab this: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/stop-mod-reposts/dmooeeefhgcabgimjgdjaldjkddeopmp?hl=en and it should warn you. -
It sounds like you didn't actually change its IP. Review the instructions for changing the IP of your server to 192.168.1.200 and try it again. When you are done, IPCONFIG should report the new address. You don't need to reboot.
-
What is the IP of your client PC, the one you are using to connect to your server?
-
give your friend your external, WAN ip address. Connect internally to your server using 192.168.1.200
-
If you can get onto the internet from your server, log into your router and setup port forwarding for 192.168.1.200 and whatever port your server is using.
-
first, test and see if that PC can get onto the internet
-
If its a static address, then someone had to manually type it in at some point.
-
Our goal is to change the IP of your server so its in the same network as your Verizon router. Your Verizon router is a 192.168.1.x network.

-
No, not in server.properties, this is all windows networking stuff. What version of Windows are you running?
-
set your server ip to a static of 192.168.1.200 mask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.1.1 dns 192.168.1.1 and then verify it still has internet access.
-
Does your server have a static LAN IP, or are you using DHCP?
-
Your new router is probably 192.168.1.1, is the IP of your server 192.168.1.x? Describe how things are hooked up there now.
-
Is that the only router? That error sounds like you are putting in the IP of a device that is not on its network.
-
what model is your router?
-
Are you sure you are putting in the right IP, its probably 192.168.1.x, or 192.168.0.x, or 192.168.2.x, or 10.x.x.x

malisiscore-1.9.4-4.1.1.ja and malisisdoors-1.9.4-5.0.3.jar is for MC 1.9.4 You need the one for 1.7.10 https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/malisiscore/files/2283267 Make sure all your mods are 1.7.10. You've got the wrong versions on other mods too -
IP4 internal
-
Take the IP out of server.properties, and try putting your server's internal LAN ip into the router's DMZ

Newbie Tekkit Server Needs help
AetherPirate replied to PeskyMrPickles's topic in Server Op Swap Shop
If its just you, you don't need the server at all. Just open the launcher and choose Tekkit. The server is for allowing other players who live elsewhere to play with you, and it allows for much greater customization and control. If you don't need that then I'd skip it. There is an "open to lan" option in-game to allow others in the same house to play together.
